Nicole Bacsain, CMT

Hello!

My name is Nicole and I have been a massage therapist with Coastal Chiropractic since graduating from massage school in 2005. I have achieved the highest level of national certification and I am licensed in Virginia by the Board of Nursing. I was born in Norfolk and have lived in Virginia pretty much my whole life.

At a young age, my mom opened my eyes to alternative healing remedies and was a major contributor in my decision to become a massage therapist. My mom and twin sister also went to school for massage, although they both live in Hawaii now. I enjoy doing massage because it makes me feel good to be able to help people feel better than when they walked in the door. Almost everyone I see is happy to see me, and I like that.

It is my opinion that everyone can benefit from massage, especially in conjunction with chiropractic care. I learned early on in life that chiropractic is a healthy alternative to traditional medicine because it focuses on the root of the problem rather than the symptom. I have been getting adjusted since I was a teenager and now I bring my 8 year old daughter to get adjusted too.
